What’s the difference between 1/16 note and a 1/16 swing ?

Swing makes it feel a little more natural ... and takes it off the grid a little.

Mine says step editor, and not sequencer. It also doesn't look the same as yours, any reason? Do i need to update logic pro?

Ya you need to update to the latest version of Logic Pro X. You may have to update your OS or even computer first tho.
