Since its establishment in 2015, Exploited Club, the sister label of Exploited, has become a standout name in indie dance music. Founded in Berlin by DJ Shir Khan in 2007, Exploited Club has carved a unique niche with its high-quality, eclectic sound.
"Our ethos of musical eclecticism is at the core of everything we do. We have remained staunchly DIY since day one," says Khan. "Our DJs and producers are true music enthusiasts and skilled creators, drawing inspiration from a diverse range of genres. From the start, I was determined not to be just another typical Berlin techno house label. Our mission was to create eclectic electronic music with an international artist crew. Musicality has always been crucial.”
A native Berliner now based in Bangkok, Khan is dedicated to discovering and promoting emerging talent. His knack for identifying and nurturing artists is evident from his early support of Claptone, now one of the biggest names in dance music. Khan's influence also extends to other artists such as Adana Twins, Joyce Muniz, GHEIST, and Budakid, solidifying his reputation as a pivotal figure in the industry.
