The sudden burst of tempo in no.4 towards the end was intriguing.The cough in the quite final bars of the 'raindrop' prelude resulted in what sounded like an angry introduction to the next prelude which proceeded with the technical magnificence of her technique and musicality

Although her use of pedal was not perfectly natural, this is very impressive for her age at that time
