XB 400 is better inn terms of sound quality compared to Beats flex. But if you're an iPhone user, Beats Flex will be better in terms of user experience like pairing earphone to iPhone, automatic music pause, syncing with iCloud etc. 😊

No latency and the cable included is type C to type C. You need an adapter with type C port OR if you already have USB to type C cable, you can use that to charge these headphones

Put iPhone in recovery mode or DFU mode and connect to iTunes. Hit Restore option in itunes and reset iphone to factory settings. Now use itunes backup to restore data while setting it up 🙆🏻‍♂️
