@recharged45281 annihilate is one of jsab's least randomised bosses. the positioning of attacks is always the same every run (apart from the small projectiles in the intro) so it gets extremely consistent quite quickly. also, yes, annihilate is the hardest story mode boss in the game.

The story for The Master: It’s a normal day until you get a call from the Beat Saber Master Institute. They’ve called to tell you that you have been chosen to go against the Master. He has been undefeated for 50 years. Curious and interested, you go to the BSMI to get immediately greeted by the guards which welcome you in to the Master’s office. After all the security gets shut down, you enter the arena to see him on the other side. As you fight it gets harder and harder, but you cut through, Impressed, he takes a moment to remind you of your upcoming demise. However, after intense and grueling fighting, he reaches the point to where if you defeat him he will die. You defeat him, causing him to get brutally crushed by his own weapon. After his defeat, you proudly take his position and become the next Master for generations to come. - Story for Samarth Katageri
