I think they nerf the rate of the two dogs card. Now its either 3 or 1.

I choose Derieri, because I need her for 2 red star. Berserker Meli I had onlyt with 2 stars, so I don't need him.

They won’t do it for a limited/event characters, the normal new and rate up characters will still be 160
