They're not custom made, they're from the event wheel which. They're only obtainable to Filipino, Malaysian, and Indonesian Beatstar players.

Bringing all the previous releases and some season songs in the journey it's good. Considering that there are around 20 previous releases songs and each one costs 149 gems, you save more than 3000 gems. I wanted to play 24k magic and Feel it still but I didn't buy the season 2 tour pass so I'm really happy with that.
