A good Trick is by Like Feeling the Beet and Trust it when to click If that makes sence. Its hard to describe but If you can do it once, its pretty easy to do it all the time.

Whether thumbs are better or index fingers are better depends on how you play. I used to use thumbs but now I’m better with index fingers, but it’s up to you. Both have advantages and disadvantages. With index fingers you can use three fingers on certain parts of songs, but with thumbs it’s easier to control your phone.
