Louie is a strong, 15-1 1200lbs, beautiful buckskin ranch gelding. Home raised out of the ranch's last Zans Parr Bar bred mares, he has earned his merit as a solid workhorse. His extensive experience on the ranch has accentuated his good mind and gentle disposition. Routine jobs like dragging calves, wrangling horses, and doctoring cattle in big country have seasoned him into a trustworthy companion. Up steep grades, across creeks, and over logs; his ground covering gait is exceptional down the trail. Along with his work experience, he has a nice neck rein, solid stop, and is light off your leg cues. A horse for the whole family, he has been ridden by grandkids and grandpas and everyone in-between. We have raised, trained, and worked this horse from day one and would be happy to answer any questions you may have.
