@Samrat Dutta that's not the truth it's bcoz valuation of that property changes every day so it's difficult to tell estimated price to a particular person if they will do this then after 6 month someone will come and say you told that costs only 1 crore😂 and now u r asking for 1.2 crore

Samrat Dutta It’s the interior designer (not the owner) who is showcasing the design here. Income tax isn’t that much an issue as one can find plenty of videos on KZbin elaborating the designs with location in India (city), the year of construction and pricing (₹/sq ft). Some architects /interior designers just don’t want to reveal the costs.😒

Central cooling is too expensive and usually maintenance is an issue. Lastly, this house was designed and built for the client; so I guess that’s his preference.

Yes I would have preferred a built in glass hob but these products also have some flaws, like the glass sometimes break and it would be hectic experience for the owner.
