Beautiful work and pot!! I ave questions regarding timing: how long do you wait after first layer of cement:water? And then how long do you wait after the layer of cement:sand 1:1 to start removing it with the stencil? Thanks a lot!

After the first layer of cement and water wait for 10/15 minutes. Actually it depends on various things like how much wet is the sand(mold) or how thick the paste itself. Same answer for your second question. Thank you.

1. There is a template download link in the description. Modify it according to your need. 2. In this method of making bonsai pots with templates, I have no tricks to lighten the weight.

HI, I tried, i failed, i'll try again. My first mistake is that i did every step one after another, while i guess there is a certain timing between each activity. then having no experience i messed up the mix of cement and water, so it was too liquid. then the iron, of do you make it? do you wait for the first layer of cement to dry and then you put it? thanks

Hi @enricocassero2948, thank you for your interest. *The paste of cement and water should not be too liquid. *Since you are a beginner, wait for 20/30 minutes until the cement paste hardens a bit and then insert the iron ring. I wish you success in your next endeavor.
