Thank you! Flying drone in cities is a little problematic for foreigners. The basics are the same as the EU regulation. (Drone registration, drone cover (depending on mtom), user registration and drone drivers license. If you have all of these you are allowed to fly your drone out of cities (if airspace is free and you apply in mydronespace app) but if you would like to fly legally in cities you have to apply a ad hoc airspace from the Aviation Authority at least 30 days before your flight. Flying illegally near Buda Castle (prime ministers office) and the parliament is a really bad idea 😉

It's not a straightforward process to fly legally in cities in Hungary. I've tried to summarize it below another comment. You have to apply to an ad hoc airspace, there is some information about it but it's unfortunately in hungarian. mydronespace.hu/eseti-legter-kisokos
