Alrighty, where do I begin? 😂 I think the landscape in which this house was built upon is extremely beautiful as I personally love evergreen trees and the "extreme" changes in elevation of the topography. When I first saw the driveway though, I was a little bit concerned with how well it would function in the winter times until I noticed that it was heated which is a nice touch. Even the landscape that was done in the front yard looks amazing, brining back in the natural elements after construction. As for the exterior of the home, love the black trim surrounding the doors and windows which gives contrast between wall material and the glass or the front entrance wood door, and the light gray brick helps offset the large amount of white seen on the outside. The only thing I could wish for was a better downspout system, or at least have the system be hidden better from the front of the house, but I know personally how challenging it can be to find good spots to have water run off. Moving to the interior of the home, I like the brightness of colors and their consistent use throughout the home, but at the same time I'd also argue that it is a bit too consistent, and I think it is mostly due to the fact that the design language between the exterior and interior are speaking the same. For instance, I think the family / living / office room (1:46) could have used an accent color on one wall, specifically the one with the painting, instead of having it be entirely wrapped with light gray paint. It could have maybe matched that painting if its of importance and bring more vibrancy to that space in particular. Love the wine cellar and home theater, always a bonus! To wrap it up, I'd be perfectly fine if I was allowed to live in the hot tub because again, the landscape is gorgeous, and the home fits well within the surrounding environment.
