First Border

At the bottom of the cross, SC 2 spaces from the last shell, then in each stitch around until 2 spaces from the shell. Continue around in the same fashion with CH 2, slst into next shell around. At the arm ends,SC in each DC, 2 SC in CH space.
Final Border (switch colors if you'd like)
Start at the very bottom center of cross. SLST to join.
CH 1, sc in each st around the bottom circle
3-4 SC in each CH 2 space. (depending on how tight your stitches were)
5-6 sc in the inner corner ch spaces.
At the end of the arms and top- (SC, CH 4, SC) in the same space. SC to center point, (SC, CH 4, SC) in center point stitch, SC, and (SC, CH 4, SC) in last end stitch.
Continue in this fashion around.
Once back at he end, slst, CH 30 for tassel.
Cut about 10 pieces for the end of your tassel, 4-5” long. Place them at the end of your CH's and ties them in the middle using the tail of your work. Tie another small piece around the tassels to hold them down.
