In this episode, we made our way to Lake Arrowhead, CA. It's been a long hard month and we were really looking forward to some good food and relaxation out in the woods. The weather was absolutely perfect, with a cool breeze and warm sunshine peaking through the tall trees. We made a tasty Korean summer snack called hwachae in the day time, and in the evening, we got our charcoal grill out for some delicious Korean BBQ. Of course, dinner wouldn't be complete without a nice dessert of caramelized pineapple skewers. It was a really pleasant way to get some much needed rest and some quiet relaxation.
