Love the mature landscape. The house is nice, but I see a whole lot of work. It needs consistent flooring, new kitchen, main bedroom redo, fixture changes throughout, etc. I like the neighborhood though.

Overpriced, contractor grade fixtures, bathrooms. and cabinetry. Carpet is obsolete into todays market. I liked the drive up to the house.

I would much rather have this home as opposed to the new fancy homes being built. I would just get new flooring, update counters and kitchen appliances and the master bath... it would be perfect ❤

Man my home in Lovejoy is only worth 300k just put 30k up grades inside if I had a down to earth wife I would love to have a home like this especially the 3 car garage I only have 2 cars but the other would be my wife garage for her new car oh well single so I guess I will stay put for now.

Are you kidding me? 650000K and they couldn't even paint the garage floors? To just freshen it up? The Laundry room didn't even have a washer/dryer IN them? Again, are you kidding me? The dining room and I guess you'd call it a living room were TINY!!! The kitchen was so dated. I suspect the cabinets were quality. At least it appeared to me that way. The counters however, for a 650000k house did NOT look updated. That's absurd. Carpets in the bedrooms? Carpets in the bedrooms. Ridiculous. And I didn't like the tile from the front door running along hallways. Oh and the cherry on the whatever, was the downstairs view at the end of the hallway. A toilet. LOL. I mean, c'mon. Couldn't you have at least shut the door to the bathroom? I know, you wanted the door open for the light from the bathroom window to come in. So the choice is light or toilet? Shaking my head. If the homeowner had freshened up the kitchen, put the SAME flooring throughout the entire house upstairs and downstairs and painted the darn garage floors, they totally would have gotten their money back. As it stands now, I sure would be looking elsewhere.
