0:48, that isn't the original TMNT, that is the second game (The Arcade Game), the first one in Japan didn't have the name TMNT anywhere on the cart, or in the game. Cosmic Wars is a strategy RPG, has some connections to Gradius. The Vic Viper from Gradius is even on the front of the cart.

Salamander is the most badass looking cartridge I've ever seen.

It's so strange.... these are the best most artistic looking carts I've seen for any console! The Famicom is just so aesthetic all around. 1. The carts are colored. 2. The label takes up more space than any other Nintendo cartridges in the future do, so we can see more of the beautiful art. They got it right the first time, all they had to do was make the labels extend to the top like the Konami games, and they could have stuck with this design forever!

Great collection! I only own a few Famicom titles, but plan on trying to do some hunting for Disk System games this weekend.

I love Famicom Disks, I just hate how my drive belt replacement constantly slips

I wonder how much the inclusion of NES games in Animal Crossing got people interested in retro gaming in the early 2000's. That's definitely when I started getting into emulation on my PC

I love your vids. Good stuff. Could you do a vid where you're reading the actual logos in Japanese? I love reading the box art and would love the Japanese kana read out. Would be great for beginners trying to learn Japanese such as myself. Thank you!
