Paying ₹10 crores but no proper balcony. Tragedy of modern times. All clients should ask for a proper balcony as well as the agents through whom properties are sold. Ground floors used to have gardens even 15 to 20 years back. But now all is history. Even celebrities building a bungalow are doing away with balconies and garden. Really sad.

This house has good plantations kept at pocket terrace and outside the room windows. It's upto the owner of the house, they can reduce the open bedroom area and expand the pcoket terrace area.
