Maybe you could work towards claiming this property as your own as it is clearly an abandoned property . There is a process to go through but as long as you regularly visit and improve the property you will get ownership.

I googled on home ownership in Vietnam and found that you can become administrator of land and house under the LUR Act - Land Use Rights Act. I am not sure what the situation is re abandoned properties but many countries do have the ability for people to claim properties under the Adverse possession bills .

esses rapazes não fizeram um bom trabalho,se está com uma rossadeira porque corta o mato com as mãos,não entendi,a rossadeira e pra fazer o trabalho que não e pra ser feito na mão,ele só corta por cima e o mato fica no chão,não adianta de nada se não e pra fazer bonito e melhor deixa do jeito que está,não gostei
