For the lot in back we should add a small apartment/condo area. In Florida that is normal to see condos near a golf course. Could be a 65+ community

Your builds are insane! On the undecided part, it would be cool a nautical club, or something of that sort. With a little harbor/dock and some turistic like boats.

Fantastic build SG! Proper 9-holer indeed. For the greens you can Anarchy in the manicured grass over the fairway grass for now, but one thing I'm looking into is creating a set of surfaces like Sully's wonderful beaches, and his riverbeds: Golf Course Surfaces. Basically tee/green, fairway, fringe, light rough, and hopefully longer grass. I figure _fringe_ is also going to be useful for football and rugby pitches so hopefully Soon. Grubbying up (down?) the rail yard and industrial areas just make them rally come to life too. Those streaks will also go on buildings so under roof eaves, along roof crestlines, etc. Last thing: the hedges and walls you're drawing out using line tool and "pieces"? Nah, head into the new Extra tooling where the decals are but choose the Netlanes tab... all those hedges and walls and fences are there as networks now! Squiggly hedges if you want them... road lines and drive wear are also other things in there. Have fun!

You should grab a Better Bulldozer mod, it will allow you to remove surfaces, details etc. from the assets. For example you could remove surface from the elementary school that you placed as the Club house, and then with Anarchy you can add a surface that fits better. It should also allow you to see invisible paths (after you place them) and delete them as well. Keep up the awesome work!

i been having problems w paradox mods lately. It says all mods installed correctly but when im in gameplay none of the mods installed appear on the tool bar. any advice on how to fix this problem? i've uninstalled and logged out of PM but no fix. Rn im straight playin vanilla 🤦‍♂🤦‍♂

Only thing I can suggest is to make sure everything finished loading on the menu screen before starting a game. Other than that, I'm not sure.

For me I had that happing to me but then I downloaded a map that had all the mods I need and then they suddenly started working

Since you passed off the elementary school as a clubhouse, I suggest you change the skin/color of the building. It'll pass off as a clubhouse of sorts, so to speak..

This is just a city painter......NOT an engaging city simulation with anything under the hood that makes decision making meaningful
