Sincere apologies to Ruth Hamilton for the negative comments I made yesterday - 15/05/2024 about her beautiful snowflake creator die. This is a mistake. I purchased the item from Tonic Studios via the Create & Craft shopping channel. It came with no picture of the finished product, diagrams or instructions of how to put it together. All there other dies DO have instructions and diagrams. After some pushing they did eventually give me Ruth's KZbin. I intend to make this item with various weights of card and have no doubt the charity I support will sell them easily. I work better with written instructions and find I can be distracted when watching youtube. I have now complained to Tonic Studios who sadly don't seem bothered. BAD customer service, not up to there usual standard. Audrey W Jones

Hi Jill, I forgot to measure so I have just asked Karen to measure the ones on the desk. The outside measurements, according to Karen, are HEX - point to point 9.5cm wide. Flat side to flat side 8cm and just over 3cm deep. HEART - 8.5cm wide, 7.5cm top to bottom and just over 3cm deep. Maybe you were watching today's live and saw this :) Hope that helps.

@@ruthhamilton8025 I was watching thank you. I’m hoping to put miniature bears in them to give as bear hugs. I’ve taken a chance and ordered the smallest bears I could find so hopefully when the showcase arrives it’ll all fit. If not I’ll just use one of the bigger gift boxes I have from Tonic.
