Do you think that if this beauty hadn't run into the lake on its way north, it might have gotten bigger, faster? I live just on the north side of lake red rock and took a direct hit in Otley (no damage, just 1/2" hail & some wind) but it had broken apart just above the lake and then recycled and went warned again just as it passed over me in Otley

I think the rain would block the camera view more than the wipers, if you listen you can hear very large rain drops coming down.
