Having lived in Japan for 19 years, Japan is a place of natural and cultural beauty, but what I treasure most is the wonderful people of Japan. Being able to witness Japanese on a daily and prolong period makes me appreciate this honorable, respectful, kind, warm, gracious, humble, sacrificing, moral, hardworking people for the past 19 years. I am amazed how much of themselves they give to whatever task they do and the consideration for others is inspiring and humbling to a foreign guest like myself. I've spent time in China and South Korea, there's no comparison! Japan is the most incredible place on this planet. It's natural beauty, amazing culture, highly evolved society, and most of all the wonderful people has kepted me here. This is the most honorable people on earth and there isn't a close second to them. As of 2 years ago, close to $100,000,000 has been turned over to authorities from the Great Japan Earthquake and Tsunami of 2011. Where else on this planet, is this possible? NOWHERE PEOPLE! NOWHERE!! Every part of Japanese society is laced with this level of integrity and honorable character. Their appreciation and gaditude for all things that sustains them is shown before every meal, is given thanks for the entire process of the meal. The plant, fish, or meat to the grower or harvester, to the supplier, and finally to the person who has prepared the meal itself is given graditude with a prayer. Wonderful! Wonderful! Amazing country and people!

Julio...I'm so glad your friends have had the same positive experience with the Japanese culture and society! Unfortunately, I'm back in the states due to family issues, but if you ever get a chance to experience Japan, you'll be surprise at how many south and central American restaurants have sprung-up in Japan. There are quite a few Mexican eateries in Tokyo today. I hope you get a chance to visit my favorite place on earth!
