@@Larry-j7e Thanks brother, I left a lot of stuff out of this video but I filmed about about 8 or 10 really deep holes with some crystal clear water, a few springs running in upstream, looks like a great place to gold pan, I’ve never spent more than ten minutes gold panning but I’d love to go back there with my brother’s goldpan and try it, these creeks were a part of one of the biggest gold rushes in the country at one time, I think there’s still alot to be found, hope you’re doing well Larry, appreciate you taking the time to watch and comment, God Bless & GL&HH!!🙏🏻🏹

Cool finds! Looks like you had a good time out. While hiking on a Sawnee Mtn trail I found a glass bowl with weed still in it. It smelled like some pungent stuff 😂 I left it. You never know what you'll find while out exploring.

@@TheChiefSmokem Thanks brother, yeah I was just talking about that grinder with red eye patriot on a post I made on Facebook the other day, I didn’t mention in the video that grinder still had some dank in it and went in my backpack lol, I’ve found a bunch of those glass bowls over the years, I was hoping that one had a big resin ball in it lol, you can smoke on a good resin ball for awhile and yeah dude that axe is badass, I went to the lake to walk the shoreline but it was completely flooded after all the rain so I decided to hit that creek since I was out, glad I did, that axe was a sweet find, appreciate you taking the time to watch and comment brother, God Bless & GL&HH!!🙏🏻🏹

@@TheChiefSmokem I’ve come across a few grow spots back in the day, not many people do that nowadays, those Corps Of Engineer helicopters scan the area really good now with some high tech equipment, it’s very hard to get away with that nowadays, I had one follow me all the way back to my house once when they seen me out in the woods, they came in really low when I walked back in my yard, dude was hanging out of the heli staring at me and I shot him a bird lol, I try to stay out of the woods during deer season and just mostly walk the shorelines, have a good one brother, God Bless!!🙏🏻🏹

As usual you gave us s great video. I have s little point that is identical to the one that you found. It is translucent green with outrageous beveling and the tip is needle sharp. I'm also in northeast Ga. Thanks for taking us along with you.

I don't think that's a San Patrice, Could be but Rare Point especially in North Georgia. Someone was pissed when the lost that Axe. That other was called a Grubbing Hoe. You got me wanting to work some of that Quartz. I know its super hard. 😎🏹

@@RedEyedPatriot yeah from what I seen on google that’s what they’re called out west but I didn’t know what you would call them here in North Georgia, I’ve found at least a half dozen of the same size and design but I figured I’d put that in the title until someone corrected me, that axe too, I’m not sure what to call it, that other axe we always called maddocks but I guess Maddox is the correct term idk but I’ve used them for decades to dig footings, I think someone was probably using that to bust up rocks gold panning, those creeks are full of gold, that axe is badass though, it’ll look cool displayed with my artifacts, I wanna keep throwing it at trees lol but I don’t want to break it, appreciate you taking the time to watch and comment, God Bless & GL&HH!!🙏🏻🏹

Appreciate it, there’s actually some old ruins on the same shoreline that gets exposed when the water goes down further, there’s an old well with bits of modern ceramics and iron relics laying around, I got video of it last winter, found a smoker right beside it but I’ve been wanting to go back with a metal detector since then, I have a really cheap one I might take back there this winter when the water drops further, the water levels went back up after all the rain and it was above full pool so I’m waiting for it to drop again, I’m gonna have one of my friends that lives near the lake to start sending me pics when the water starts dropping so I know when to go, I hoping to be the first person in my favorite hole this year, I’m looking forward to it, Hope You’re doing well Bud, appreciate you taking the time to watch and comment, have a great weekend, God Bless & GL&HH!!👊🏹
