I'm not Muslim, I'm actually Christian. I'm 15 and I have anger problems and I've been diagnosed with anxiety. My Mum used to abuse me. I have quite an unstable mood sometimes. Just now, I got angry at what my Dad said to me, for no absolute reason. I know this information seems unnecessary but I was so angry just a second ago. I was smashing stuff in my room, I was trying to calm down by breathing slowly like my therapist told me I should do and it wasn't working at all. I remembered a "prank" video that Adam Saleh did when he went around and played Qu'ran for people in New York. I remember the audio and how it soothed me, so I searched this up in youtube.
