Yes - for sure. Some people prefer ranch or colonial style homes but split foyers and split levels can offer good square footage for the money and make sense for a lot of families.

I hear you. Wood burning, masonry fireplaces are amazing. A lot of people want the convenience of flipping a switch and not having to worry about maintenance and repairs to the chimney. Different strokes... 😁
