Alp Auffahrt -- the farmers' ascent of the Alps with their cows -- is an annual Swiss tradition as the farmers take their cows to where they will graze all summer on the beautiful Alpine slopes.

Most of the farmers make theor own cheese. And when you‘re hiking, most of the farms sell the cheese at the farm. That is a thing I like here in Switzerland. To go on a hike and try the cheese:)
