DIRECTOR’S NOTES:
Hey! Antoine Janssens here. Since I was a kid I’ve been fascinated by the wildlife around us. I watch a lot of wildlife documentaries and the beauty that they display still shocks me all the time.
The vision that I have about this sensitive topic is quite simple:
« Look at the beauty of this animal evolving in the wild. We must protect it if we want our children to see it the way we do. »
People protect what they love.
The goal of this movie is to show the beauty of the Okavango Delta and the magnificence of these species living their best life in the wild. And honestly, it's also good to see a place where humans don't have control over it.
I hope this movie will touch you deep in your heart (or just a little bit it’s quite ok 🙂). Let me know what you think in the comments, I’ll be there!
And finally THANK YOU VERY MUCH @Beautifuldestinations for making this possible!

Botswana is not doing that at all, I live here. Tourism is their biggest industry after diamond.. and 80% of tourism companies are run by white europeans not black Motswana... It's a very sad situation.. Extreme poverty for the Bastwana but huge concessions of wild areas owned by white (not even Motswana) people...

@@dawnsmith3314 the number of tourists visiting the country is controlled But yes tourism doesnt benefit Botswana but rather countries like BRITAIN, USA, UK etc and that's thanks to enclave tourism Tourists come to see the animals but they never enquire of the communities adjacent t to where the animals are cos they DONT CARE Ngamiland village is within the okavango and its o e of the poorest villages in Botswana yet colonizer companies get thousands of dollars every month Soooo

Beautiful piece! 👌🏾 Botswana's Low Volume-High Value tourism policy has really done wonders in terms of environmental protection yet generating lots of revenue for our economy. I mean of course it could be improved here and there to enhance citizen access particularly in the prestigious locations but overall it's doing well. So proud 🇧🇼
