Today, I went jogging with my friends. We jogged 5 miles. After, I did some strength training, benches with dumbells, pull ups, decline sit-ups. Then, I had my martial arts class to prepare for my black belt. Listening to this after the whole day makes me feel very calm and nice. It feels like I just went on an actual quest.
