Same here! Daddy's girl forever! One thing that has helped me is to know that love never ends. It's my dad's body that is gone but his soul lives on and is capable to love me from a far. He is on vacation in the presence of the Lord and we will meet up again later.

Watching your father saying Grace was Everything. Reminded me of my grandpop who always said the Grace at holiday and Sunday dinners at grandmom and grandpop's house. Family is important. My grandpop passed away in 2007 at 100 years old. My grandmom was age 62 in 1981 when she passed. Everyday, they are in my thoughts. God Bless you all.
