Next time wet it and get some conditioner with extra slip or use fresh Aloe Vera gel from the plant to detangle going forward, Aloe Vera provides a lot of slip which makes detangljng less painful and also less pulling and tugging. Aloe Vera is also good for the hair and scalp. Also Hello Essence, Hello Hydration in the blue bottle is amazing for detangling because it has A LOT of slip. FYI, if her scalp became tender or sore from all of tugging, Aloe Vera is great. Put it on her scalp and hair and cover with a plastic cap or saran wrap for a couple to a few hours or even overnight, you'll be happy and so will Julianna. Aloe Vera is a natural healing plant.

Can they have privacy while in distress, especially JuJu. She has issues handling her emotions and that is ok. Nobody’s perfect. I’d protect her space/gain her trust by not recording and showing the world her meltdowns. Who knows how this will affect her as she matures. Imagine having TONS OF FOOTAGE - courtesy of your parents to possibly be used against you. She can also read comments, people are mean. These are critical years in a child’s life. Please protect her. I agree! Everything doesn't have to be for us to see. Juju is very emotional and may need to process some things in private. When teaching a lesson doesn't always mean because she didn't listen is what she gets. She's still a kid, and sometimes they make mistakes. Her hair was really matted, that's why they were finger detangling first. 😊Hey ya'll 😊 Just calm down, Ms. Renee. You're doing such an amazing job with your girls. This is the reason they don't need make up they are still crying about getting their hair comb..just saying

Aww you guys got it done!! This brings back memories 😭. A product that’s not very known but works amazing on kinky hair and Afro hair is Redkin leave in conditioner heat treatment/protectant it works very well on my 4c hair on smoothing it, dry angle and excellent moisture! ☺️ check it out If you want.

Oh Renee I feel your frustration. My daughter and now one of her daughters are very tender headed. My daughter used to hide the comb. 😂

I'm crying😂 because when I was younger I use to take my mom through it like them screaming everytime she did my hair and our neighbors use to call the cops cause they thought I was being abused 😭😂 after the third time my mom wouldn't do my hair again my dad had too lol and one thing about it my dad was so soft handed and he actually did my pigtails with braided ends so good 😊

That’s a shame you are such a good mom going through that I feel your pain.

This is the same reason why I am installing micro loc's in my 11y daughter head. Detangling her hair hurts, and I don't like putting her through all that pain. I too am tender headed in certain areas of my head so I totally understand. #ItReallyHurts

@@elizabethirvin9954I agree. They can damage the health of the hair and most type's of locs aren't attractive. Leaving your hair natural or other types of hairstyles do look attractive..

My hair gets tangled like Jujus even if I dont wet my hair before detangling. I always have to keep african prides aloe detangler or aussie moist, tresemme flawless curls conditioner at all times because I never know when my hair is going to be tangled really bad. But detangling on dry hair is very painful and I can feel her pain through this video. Poor baby.

This reminds me of when I was younger and my Mother would do my hair… whenever I started acting up, she’d Pop the mess out of me with whatever tool she was using to do my hair with 😂 Nostalgia 🤦🏾♀️ Power ✊🏾 to you, Ms. Beauty! ❤

In Jamaica we say who don’t hear will feel and that’s what happened lol but wetting her hair with conditioner and even letting the conditioner sit for a few minutes would have made the process a lot easier then doing it dry ❤ thank God for first borns 🫶🏽 cuz babbbayy both heads one time 😑🫣🤯
