Can not spot any Swastika or cars younger than 1929. I think the film is from the twenties, not thirties.

I'm sure it's fun to be dramatic....but....what does what you've written have anything to do with these fotos of Berlin before World War 2? It's a film of what Berlin looked like then. Hate? Hate is everywhere...even you are stricken with it. And? What else? Perhaps Berlin is better off now (2022) then it has ever been.....I think that you are miserable.....

@@brucemarsico6 I agree with the first part, second half though must be a joke lmao. Berlin is disgusting nowadays, dirty streets, unsecure areas, lots of crime cases, ugly ass buildings and places. And there are a lot of places and regions, in which Germans are going to be a real Minority in a few years. It's sad to see, how the City changed, I absolutely hate the Nazis for everything they did, I am convinced that they are the sole reason why our Capitol and Country is like it is today.

@@oellappen269 A rather rabid view....I've not been in Berlin but the fotos we get, it's shows its vibrancy and resilience in the rebuilding since 1991. The sad state of affairs in a lot of Europe is this open border, Schengen Agreement. I wrote to one other person that open borders bring in the worst of everyone. It's a scourge. I've been in Paris...it's generally a stinking mess of what it once was. You'll have to face the reality of inviting over one million non-european peoples to live in your nation and not have some severe consequences. Curious about the nazi point...that's going on seventy seven years ago. Some how you must move on. People don't have to put up with the dangers and uncertainties of their societies, but they do because they are afraid, lazy, or generally, just don't care. A problem throughout the western world....but nothing lasts forever...always something dire will occur...it might just come from the Ukraine-Russia conflict. As for Berlin, I wouldn't mind visiting there. It's probably the most un-german of germans cities. It's full of all kinds of non-germans...a lot that don't even speak german....but that's probably in every major western world city. Full of people that don't assimilate and don't are to. Like Miami....it's in the USA but in a lot of areas English is never spoken or heard. A lot of the inhabitants speak only Spanish and have no intention of learning English.....Miami is a dump too. Dangerous at night, a lot of destructive behavior. The liberal governments have done this, made the city almost intolerable.

@@brucemarsico6 I'll be honest, I expected to get an absolute backlash, but I totally agree with you. Absolutely right what you said. Just the moving on with the Nazis is nearly impossible, since it's *always* getting brought up, it's a every week topic in Germany. You're not allowed to critize anything the left does or stuff which is controversial, because the cancel culture here is unbelievably strong. There's a saying since hundreds of years in Germany: "Jeder einmal in Berlin" -> "Everyone once in Berlin". It's a visit worth, but don't expect to get more than you got in Paris. Sadly.
