😀 Hi Claire, that's great that you got sorted with customer service but let's hope they sort out their packaging & the company that does the serum really needs to put a seal around the neck of their bottles as well! Hope you're keeping well Belfast mum ☘️🥰

So sad taking the candle was broken 😞 so sorry. I have been wanting to try rituals for a while now but don't know which one to try first, I'm very interested in their body oil but not a big Rosie fan, and which one would you recommend?❤ Please be careful with the glass. Hopefully you get that all sorted out. You have a fabulous week. Look forward to your next video❤

Aw I’m not a rose fan either but their only rose one is the Ritual of Ayurveda and I like it. But my favs are Ritual of sakura, Ritual of Karma and Ritual of Jing. All beautiful 😍 my fav is Sakura though as its cherry blossom which is beautiful. Thank you I’m waiting to hear back from them. Have a great week too take care xx

My candle was smashed, too. I had to get a supervisor to sort mine out. They were trying to get me to return it, and I had a missing product that I ordered with it. They were good in the end. Hopefully, they will sort it out for future boxes 😢

That serum I’ve had exactly the same multiple times with the same one and think it’s just a manufacrung thing as they can’t all have been sent opened to me 😂🤷‍♀️

Not wrapping a glass candle is ridiculous especially for such a large company, glad they refunded you. They brought this one out so late I already bought the Espa edit from LF. I saw stocking fillers from last year on ASOS site and thought that was the offering for April! I am not happy with ASOS because they won’t ship either Rituals or Sol de Janiero to me whereas LF will.

Thank you they gave me a full refund after sending photos in to prove it all, yeah it’s crazy the glass wasn’t protected! I’m sorry to hear you can’t get those brands, how frustrating! Xx

@@Diaryofabeautygeek mine came smashed too, to be fair all the box was trashed, but they wanted me to jump through hoops so I just left it. Not happy though, customer service is rubbish!

Hi Claire just got my box and the candle was smashed too. 😢 ASOS have been great though and gave me a refund. My Alpha H has a little dried product round the rim too but wouldn’t have noticed if I hadn’t watched your video . Disappointing but thumbs up to ASOS for customer service (not packing though!)

I use candle wax that’s left over in my wax burner so you could do that. The oil residue that was already open was a bit yucky. On the whole, it was all a bit disappointing.

Love all the products in box apart from the coffee exfoliating granuals I’m not a fan them not even the franks one . Sorry your box I’ve never had a bad box from asos either xx

The body butter was my favorite item. They should have bubble wrapped the candle.

I think they need a new packing team 😂 maybe the glass from the candle cut the other product lol! It makes me wonder if they're a bit stupid, putting glass with no bubble wrap or just extra paper! People can cut themselves as well, not very safe. 😣

Oh so sorry you received a damaged item in your box Claire. I hope Asos customer service send a replacement. I think this month’s box is ok. Not as good as previous boxes from Asos.

What a disappointing box even besides the candle being smashed. The only thing for me worth having is the sol de janeiro. I would contact them and get your money back x

Oh no Claire I hope you can get this sorted out and it hasn't sold out. I spotted this box and was really tempted but trying to use up my back log of Frank Body scrub. I wonder with the Alpha H if it hasn't leaked when they fill the bottles in the factory, even so I'd be reluctant to use it just in case, you can't be to careful with products going on your face, different if it was your body. Good luck with getting it sorted, you'd like to think a big company like Asos would have good customer service xx

That Alpha H could of had a loose lid to begin with, or the candle caught the lid and loosened it. I wouldn't get this box, I can't wear Alpha H, my skin reacts, I hate body scrubs so messy and apart from the Sol de January nothing else appeals to me. Xx

@@Diaryofabeautygeek, I agree mine have had either that weird cardboard with lattice cuts or bubble wrap on them. Its such a shame they weren't packed right.
