imma start using this!! i'll update whenever i can, and PLEASE remind me! Day 1: my lips seemed bigger and more pink, my eyelashes on my left eye were also extremely curled! Day 2: my right eye is way bigger, my acne seems to be going away, and my waist was smaller!! i think my thighs are also thicker, and my bottom lashes were longer. Okay so i want to share you my update: Day 1 : nothing Day 2 : my voice more sweet, i always smile and my personality is funnier than before (but nothing with physical change) Day3: i started feel more beautiful, my eyelashes longer than before, my body thinner little bit, i started feel more confident with myself so this subs change my negative side to positive ❤️ Day4: so i realized that my eyes are getting bigger and look like almond and than my lips looks pinkier and my body thinner than before i feel very confident with my beauty❤️ Day5:my eyebrows thicker than before and the my tongue pinkier and than my eyelashes longer than before too and i feel more beautiful,my nails grow so fast and my pupils lighter than before❤️ Im sorry I wouldn’t share any update because i want to try different subs im sorry 😭

Okay so i’ll try and update every few days (if I remember oof) Day 1: so I fell asleep listening to this and the next day my eyes seemed to be ‘brighter’ like more defined/like if you highlighed my eyes on facetoon?? Day 2: aaa it happened again where my face seemed to be brighter/defined. LIPS GOT BIGGER, then slowly went back to normal, then got slightly bigger?? (Over the course of a few hours) Day 3: HOLY SHIT. Okay so at work there was this fly that was following me everywhere, then I complained about it, aND MY CO-WORKER SAID “they’re following you cause you’re pretty” AND I SHIT YOU NOT I DONT REMEMBER THE LAST TIME SOMEONE COMPLIMENTED MY LOOKS. Also face looks a lot more symmetrical ✨okay now heres my daily subliminal schedule thats been working w o n d e r s✨ 1: I listen to 5-6 different subliminals, all surrounding kinda the same thing. Because I feel like if you listen to like 739262 different ones, all about different things, you’re going to get results extremely slow. Its easy to do each piece you want to improve one by one. 2: Every time I change my playlist I listen to the “subliminal flush” to get rid of any affirmations I don’t want. I listen to that for an hour (sometimes longer) and then dont listen to any subs for at least an hour 3: I listen to each sub for about 40-50 minutes each. Because half an hour seems kinda short. 4: On my playlist I have BOOSTER (x2-3) SUBLIMINAL BOOSTER x(2-3) And so on 5: DRINK WATER. first few days I had such a bad migraine and felt so dehydrated, then I didnt listen to anything for a day and I instantly felt better. Now i try to drink a lot of water and results seem to come even faster 6: dont. Obsess. If you constantly check the mirror you’re not going to get results. I listen whenever I can and just go on with my life. 7: I always try to listen to music whenever I can, so whenever I would play music I just played a subliminal instead. This helps me extremely cause I repeat like the same 6 songs aha. And sometimes I listen to regular music in that one hour span w/ the flush subliminal

NØRSK1 I have such a problem with #6 ugh. Avoiding the mirror is nearly impossible for me, but I’ll try lol. Nice to see that you’re getting results! ^^ I also have a problem with using too many subliminals at once/switching a lot, so I’m gonna attempt to stick to this one until I am satisfied.

Update 1❤ - my face looks prettier than usually, idk it just looks good - my eyes have become bigger and its noticeable, my jnner corners are more.. sharp? Idk but its more noticeable on my right eye. - My skin cleared up a lot from this lmao i actually almost have zero breakouts. - Lips are a lot fuller and just better shaped. I've been going on and off with subliminals and decided to settle for this one ive been using it for maybe around 3 months but I know I've definitely not gotten the full results yet results ive gotten so far are •slimmer nose •slimmer face •my upper lip hairs are starting to fall out •curled eyelashes •thicker eyelashes •my left eye has a green-ish ring around it (melanin level decreasing) •eyebrows have a cleaner shape •dimple starting to form on my right cheek •hair texture went from straight to wavy to having some curls every now and then ill come back to this after ive gotten my full results so if someone can, please reply to give me a reminder thanks and good luck to u all :))

DAY 1: i listened to this maybe twice, i already noticed a huge change from my skin . it has gotten clearer and the redness started to disappear . my eye lashes had gotten thicker and somewhat darker . DAY 2: sorta looks the same as yesterday, i havent seen a huge change, although, my jaw line has looks hecka sharp -ish!
