Anyone else loving abbey's makeup lately?? She looks angelic without the brown eyeliner 😍

The breaking up of the makeup with sunscreen is something that always happens to me especially at the top of my forehead because I'm always moving my hair out of the way. I'm surprised more people on KZbin don't talk about this. I'm suspecting that maybe it's because more people on KZbin have dry skin and therefore use glowy types of foundations, whereas I use very long lasting full cover leaning more matte types of foundations, and it seems to me that those types of foundations have the hardest time getting along with most sunscreens. But yeah... it's not just that sunscreen I've had that problem with, it's most. ALSO!! They sell hypochlorous acid at Walgreens. No need to order online. And it's cheaper there.
@AbbeyYung11 ай бұрын
ohhh didn't even think about it with my hair... will keep tabs on that now vs days when it's pulled back. And that's amazing on the Hypochlorus Acid!!

Abbey I love that you actually go through products or give them away even if you don’t like them. I think more could learn from you in putting use to products that don’t work for you and minimizing waste!

Awwwww, your doggie is so cute! My first ever purchase of Tree Hut was just a couple of months ago. I bought the Tropic Glow shave oil, and I absolutely love it. I just bought the body butter in the same smell and I can’t believe the staying power of the lotion! Quite impressed with this line…. High quality, low price point.

Honestly Abbey as a person with dry skin I adore cetaphil body cream. My dad uses it on his extremely dry legs and I use it on my face before work. Since it’s fall/winter season, my morning commute starts and ends before the sun comes up, so I choose a richer moisturizer instead of sunscreen in the morning. I’ve tried so many moisturizers but none give me the long lasting moisture that Cetaphil does.

The facial cleanser spray I absolutely love and found on a whim when searching on amazon for a anti anti bacterial facial spray ( little did I know that exact thing existed) and I guess we were on the same page because I started seeing you talk about it like 2 weeks after I started it .. (lol) but ANYWAY.. I found they had a 3 pack of the mini ones which are SO perfect for on the go. I literally love them… especially during the day when it and about so I can quickly spray my face and let it dry down before reapplying sun screen or using a sun stick because I used to always breakout when I used my sun sticks because I was like pushing the crap from the day all over and into my skin. They have been a GAME changer.

Missha's PERFECT Eye & Lip remover has been working very well for me. I only use it for waterproof mascara removal and it works very well. It's 5.24 oz, no irritation and I have sensitive, dry, mature skin. I then use an oil, then a foaming or cream cleanser. So, I guess a triple cleanse in the evening. Many blessings!💖💖💖

Can you explain how you are using epres every shower and still using the coconut oil pre-shower? Or did you stop the coconut oil? Overnight epres and coconut oil 15 minutes in the morning is the only way I can think of? (On non-k18 days, of course!) Thank you, maybe an updated shower routine would help, though I know that is a lot of work!

I tried the Sioris Cleanser when a lot of kbeauty influencer were raving about it but I had the same issue as you. I recommend picking up the Ma:nyo cleansing oil since it looks more promising or the Klairs Gentle Black Fresh Cleansing Oil. I have never used make up remover because I don't really have time to do eye makeup but ELF Holy hydration cleansing balm was a really good replacement for my Hemish cleansing balm (better for mature skin) which was a bit to thick for me or you try the Banila Co Clean It Zero.

Curious:when using epres, does it take a full vial per treatment? If not, do you only fill a little of the water bottle with the serum or fill the whole bottle and save it in the water? Wondering if it would still be effective after being in the water bottle. Love you and your channel (even though I've impulse bought waaaaay too many products and am starting to understand your beauty addiction) hahaha also with researching cosmetic chemistry.so so interesting but it's a never,-ending rabbit hole and very hard to find straight-forward reliable info. I also love the geek and gorgeous melting balm for breaking down the face makeup, however I initially bought it for removing mascara and eye makeup in general. I don t know what I'm doing wrong, but I get blurry vision after using this even if I heavy rinse it off with water 😂 It s extremely annoying and I have to remove what s left with cotton pads and micellar water ( which I was trying to avoid because using cotton pads has been irritating my eyes lately). Is there another way way to remove eye makeup that does not involve using cotton pads?
@YenShively10 ай бұрын
Have you tried using those super soft makeup removing cloths? They come in a pack of 10-12 and they’re washable. That’s what I use!! I use melting balm, then face wash, then rinse, and wipe the excess off with the cloths(make sure to wet them). They’re super gentle and were a game changer for me. I have super sensitive skin/eyes. Abbey has them on her Amazon storefront I believe! (That’s where I found mine).

Hey Mrs. Yung, I know you’ve talked about how you have sebhorreic dermatitis. I also have it and I have noticed my hair seems thinner in certain areas of my scalp. I’ve been on a healthy hair routine for 5-6 months now and have been taking proper care of my scalp and have seen a slight improvement in density. Do you know if sebhorrejc causes thinning? I also had an unhealthy scalp for almost a year before that so it could be that too but I didn’t really notice changes until I got sebhorrejc which was probably from the unhealthy scalp. I’m just so worried I’m going to lose my hair or it will be permanent thinning and I just wanted any advice you had or if it’s only temporary and will go back to normal in the coming months or years. Thanks!
@Jws48811 ай бұрын
For reference my dermatologist said no hair loss issues but they can’t determine if there’s been thinning because they haven’t seen my scalp before it became unhealthy.
