I swap the skinfix cream u showed in my a.m. routine a few times a week. I have normal to oily skin and that's what it's formulated for. I did purchases their thicker peptide like you mentioned for p.m... I just started tret so im hoping this will allow deeper hydration and barrier protection from the new tret script. While i love the glow recipes plum moisturizer im trying to stay away form fragrances for the next month or so because of tret sensitivities. I wanted to try the tacha cream too but I hear they are full of fragrances as well. Happy New Year Ash!!! Keep the routine videos coming!!! and yes i've watched all your tret vidoe thx for ur help! I binged all ur ordineary routine videos when i first started my skincare journey and now i'm always looking for new products to swap for the better.

I use Life Extension as well… I take the vitamin D3 + K2 plus Sea Iodine & it’s a tiny capsule…love it‼️

Love the recommendations! Only objection is the 5000 IU of Vitamjn D daily is too much (I’m an internal medicine physician btw). You can have too much vitamin D (anything more than 4000 IU is not recommended) as it can cause high body calcium levels and kidney stones.

I was prescribed D3 from my internalist, as in menopause I am deficient. That was not high enough. So I was put in on 5000 iu. I have blood work every four months to check.
