Beauty is Imperfection

COVID-19 has affected many people's mental health. This is my story of how my darkest days and deepest holes are in the past as lessons learnt. I have overcome my own personal challenges and hope others with be inspired to overcome theirs by watching this raw story of me, simply being human. This low point of my life has given me the opportunity to connect deeper with loved ones, be open and accepting to my imperfections, reflect on societies impact on myself and others, become aware of the influence our thoughts have on our well-being, and find a positive perspective on life.
This video is created to display the raw and real, to help others, and share myself on social media without societal standards.
I told myself that beauty is the interior of a human. In order to be beautiful I want to be real (imperfect) and vulnerable. I hope this shines my REAL beauty on the world.
