Great video Gabi. Here are few of my hacks for packing beauty items. All of my hair products are all travel size. Whether I pick them up at the drug store or beauty supply store they are a great size for travel. All perfumes I have I also have mini sample sizes of my favorite scents. Body lotions are also sample sizes in the little foil packages. They are super light, flat and wafer thin. Any higher end facial products also have little sample sizes so I always get them from the beauty counters of the department stores or drug stores. I have amassed a plethora of them . They also make great stocking stuffers too.

I have a mini blow dryer and flat iron. I also have a mini clothing steamer. All of my makeup fits into 1 medium sized bag, including sunscreen and serums and moisturizer. I use mineral sunscreen for my face and chemical for body - Australian gold tinted actually works as a base makeup for me so I only spot conceal. I don’t travel a lot anymore since I’m retired, but I learned a lot while traveling for work which was monthly. Packing clothes was a problem as I wanted to take everything 😂🤦‍♀ but I’ve learned to pack light and pack smart now. Your product recommendations are great. 👍❤

Elf has a travel size mascara I keep in my purse all the time. I also got a Bobbie Brown travel mascara but I like the Elf better. Sephora has a set of 3 travel jars in tiny, medium and small for only $6 on sale. The NARS travel size concealer is great also. I like the travel size for trying new products so if you get the shade wrong you didn’t waste a lot of money. Fun video, thanks.

Minis are also great for avoiding waste! I can try a product as a mini and if I go through it I buy the full size and if not I’m not wasting a whole product. Also wondering if anyone remembers those beauty mirrors from the 80s/90s that opened like a cabinet and had a sliding light control with different light colors 😂 nostalgia.

Gabi, I loved everything but especially the travel mirror. I have very little counter space in my apartment bathroom and no room in the bedroom for a vanity. This travel mirror would be perfect for me. I'm retired and don't wear makeup every day unless I'm going somewhere so I could just set it up when I need to and store it flat in my linen closet. Goodwill! They have bins filled with hair tools. They range $1-$8 from what I’ve seen. The beauty is if they break you haven’t lost much money. Only a tool you may actually like could be lost.

I use the Neutrogena Fragrance Free singles, and they are fantastic. My friend had gifted me a large bag of the fragranced ones right before , let's call it "2020", and I wasn't doing any travelling. When I did finally use them, they were not dried out at all (like some other brands I've tried) I'm probably going to get the powder puff holder. I have one similar for my makeup sponge. Great video.

Heads up! Traveling through Heathrow airport in England, creams, gels and liquids that are carried in a carry on must fit is ONE quart sized clear bag. That includes cream blush, mascaras, moisturizers, tretinoin, lipsticks, etc. if you are traveling to amother country, make sure to check their policies.

Great video! I've been disappointed in the Cadence travel containers. The design is indeed gorgeous. However, the lids of mine began cracking within a year, so they won't seal. I threw them away, and view the purchase as an expensive mistake. I hope I just got a bad batch, and that you have better luck, Gabi!

Gabi! It’s like you were spying on me! 😂 I just had a 4-day business trip and I used so many of the same items you showed today! I had the mini TirTir makeup (so perfect!), the liquid sleeves for shampoo & conditioner (true, absolutely NOT reusable but such a space saver and they didn’t leak), but I wish I had your makeup organizer bag! Mine looked very similar with the many pockets and it’s hangable … but wow! That addition of the jewelry area makes it soooo much better! What a find! I also had to have my 20-minute explanation convo with my husband about bringing my own hair dryer! LOL! Every. Time. He can’t understand why I feel the need to prioritize room for my hairdryer, and keeps telling me ‘the hotel has a hairdryer, I promise.’ But we know!, it’s just not the same. And I don’t want to feel all bla 😩 because I’m not having a good hair day. I just don’t. I’ll prioritize that room for my own hairdryer. 🤣🤣 This was a great video! I just traveled with the Cadence capsules and have to admit that despite the outrageous cost, they were great. No leaking, and I did not find them heavy as was pointed out in a lot of reviews. I think I took about four of the mediums and three or four of the small (which hold more than I thought they would.) They did have a 20% off sale for Labour Day, which is why I ended up buying. They are indeed crazy expensive but I think you will love them. Oh, and I tried to buy the travel hairdryer through your link and while it showed up in Canadian currency, it said it could not ship to my address. In the tiny town of Toronto… so, not hard to ship to. Not sure why that happened but I gave up.
