Light onhy has one temperature and that 5500k. My white balance in canera was set to the same and then I tweeked it in Photoshop later if needed.

Wow thanks for the tips. How would you recommend swatching nail polish and getting the same size drop of polish to be consistent? I have over 200 colors to photograph in a collection. I’m trying the to the least amount of post work. Thank you in advance.

With that amount it will be easier to do one perfect picture and change the colours from swatch reference in post. Doing 200 pictures of a swatch and trying to make it all look exactly the same is going to take days for sure!

Can you tell me what exact camera settings you are using? I have a canon m6 mark II. What FPS , aperture and iso? I’m trying to get crisp photos and it’s difficult 😞

That is hard to say, it will depend on your lens and light as well. My setting might not work for your particular set. Just try different combinations and you will fins the one that works the best, I am sure. Just use higher F stop (8 and higher).

Patreon shows a lots of helpful tips, also how I retouch product photography, but not this particular ones. All it was here to clean some dust particles with healing brush and simple curve adjustments for sharper/more vivid outcome. ☺️
