hi Briddy, may i ask which kind of products/ routine you applied post-thyroid surgery for scar recovery?

of course! So I use vitamin E oils, rosehip and also tried prescribed medication cream! Defs prescription works best but vitamin E oil has helped a lot. I would also reccomend covering your scar for at least a year OR avoiding getting sun exposure on it bc it makes it a lot harder to heal. I hope you're recovering and doing well :,)
