So I treated myself to 0.5ml of Juviderm lip filler a couple of weeks ago, and decided to document the journey up until 1 week after to show results of swelling and healing.

Just found this video after researching 0.5ml juviderm. I've had friends tell me I wouldn't even notice 0.5ml but this video has assured me its definitely the right decision to start smaller! Your lips look amazing

@lichtamme5045 I had 0.5ml in total, but my top lip was smaller than my bottom so more went in my top than my bottom

I love them!!! So were they disolved and back to normal after 6 months? Since you had them in December. Just trying to figure out how long they would last ( I know it depends on many factors) and rather you would have to keep doing them every 6 months. Thanks!!

Holly Glanvill Only very slight. My bf says it looks good. But I got a look at day 3 and they were still swollen but perfect for what I want. I have really small lips. I’m going back to achieve what I had on day 3

Geneskfndnskks You don’t actually have to see the needle if you don’t want to - plus there should be a reversible product at hand by the person doing it so that if anything goes wrong they can just take it out again!x

Fuck off. Plump lips are a sign of youth, collagen decreases with age resulting in thinner lips. People with thin lip genes do this to look youthful not ethnic. Yours sincerely, A white girl with naturally plump lips ;)

@Kat Sew it's not just white girls getting lip filler... people of every race/ethnic group are having their lips done including those who have naturally fuller lips and not all white girls have thin lips, some naturally have fuller lips from what I've seen (I'm middle eastern with naturally decent sized lips so I have a neutral view)
