I listened to your podcast the other day and I loved it, especially how well you detailed your own personal experience with anxiety. You are so well-spoken and didn't repeat yourself at all, which I loved. It was a perfect 36 minutes (great audio too!) and definitely gave me a new perspective on anxiety itself.
