when my mother was 21 she got a rebond on her hair without knowing the consequences. she used to have hair exactly like yours. now its all frizzy and thin and short. she's tried everything for the past few years and we realized what the real problem was... it was the water! i live in the new york and if you smell the water you can smell traces of chlorine! who would've thought! my hair is even becoming frizzy. whenever i go to asia or india my hair always comes out really beautiful and thick. watch out everyone! do some research on your water.

Ah yes! I always notice a difference and a huge improvement in my hair when I started using the water from our water pump compared to when I was washing my hair using the water that comes out from my shower.

Question for your next health and fitness video. If you start working out and building muscle, but then quit working out, will your muscles get weak and your body become fatter? I recently got laid off due to winter and wont get hired again till April, I was considering focusing alot of time on working out and building some guns haha. I am a 5"3 105lb 19yr old female so if I do workout alot the muscle will show immensley, but also so will fat. I started the no poo method. Tried it for a week. Used baking soda, switched to dr bronner's (+acv).. My hair became super frizzy and dry. I switched back to niveau shampoo till I find a nice cleansing shampoo without sls and other mean ingredients and use plain yoghurt as a mask once a week. Makes my hair silky

Thank you for making this video! I have 3 sisters and all of them have straight and thin hair,but i have it thick and curly so when I was a kid I always did what they do and that is to brush my hair when it is dry,and it would always be puffy and i thought that is the way it has to be. Another advice i would say is if you have curly hair,you can try brushing it when it is wet and then re-soak it with water and and that way you will still get your curls but they wont be frizzy.

umm i just knw how to get rid of split ends without loosing the length of your hair... soo tie your hair in a ponytail then take 1 in thick sections and roll it tightly, you will notice that there is some hair sticking out .. those are actually split ends.. so thn take your scissor thn just cut them..

I have really frizzy hair and don't know what to do... I recently tried using coconut oil on my hair and I applied ALOT. and I left it in overnight for about 10 hours and I washed it out twice at the point where my hair felt squeaky clean but I later felt like I could still smell the coconut oil and still felt the stickiness in my hair and it felt kinda greasy and when my hair air dried it felt really dry and brittle and looked super frizzy :(

Any tips for constantly tangled hair? Whether it's straight, wavey, or curly, it always get tangled. It makes my hair look really dry when I brush it out after it's tangled. Any suggestions are welcomed. I use a moisturizing shampoo & conditioner, I sleep with a satin hair cover, I use a detangler spray & I'm gentle when I brush it out & I use argan oil after I brush my hair to get back some shine. You need to trim like 2 inches off and then use some hair masks. It you want you can use olive oil on its own because that will still help repair your hair. Hope this helps xx

There's an olive oil with eggs mask for hair. it helps your hair like coconut oil does. you should buy coconut oil , it's cheap and goes a long way :) try to wash your hair with cold water my friend

During my washing process, I wash with lukewarm water, when I'm on the last step (deep conditioning) I still wash with lukewarm water but wash with cool water as the last step to lock it in. I have low po hair.

hey..i have watched almost all the videos of yours and i am just in love with your hair...but I never play with my hair. I never use heat products on my hair and even if i do then its probably once or twice in YEAR. I have never used any coloring or any chemical products. Do you have tips for hair loss, because I'm really suffering from it. My hair used to be super thick but lately it has been falling out rather a lot, way more than usual. Now I'm stuck with less hair than usual, and it feels a lot thinner. Also my mother won't let me try your diy masks or oil treatments, because she doesn't want her plumbing to get dirty. My hair type is very similar to yours. Long, thick, straight but slightly wavy. Something that has plagued me my entire life are my baby hairs. I love the idea of pulling out baby hairs to frame my face when my hair is pulled back, but my baby hairs are curly, and not in the cute way. They are short enough that the curls make them stand straight out at the sides. It drives me absolutely insane. Hair spray doesn't seem to hold them down for long, especially since I'm an acrobat and therefore am whipping my head around constantly. Any suggestions?
