It's because they do the similar colours in the different finishes. Not everyone wants a brown opaque lip, some may want a cream brown lip. Some like sheer Colours. The shimmer ones are toppers. They (UD) just covered all their bases with these lipsticks.

I like it because I have such light skin that sometimes I will try a color on and it'll be just a little bit too dark and I can't find anything that's almost the same but lighter. So having them so similar is very nice because if one color is a little too dark, I can find it in a little lighter shade.

What an AMAZING video!! I applaud you for this!!! Love urban decay and I hate to be THAT person but as a recovering heroin addict with almost a year clean & sober, I strive everyday to do my part and make up for all my mistakes I made when I was in active addiction, I truly hate that they named such a beautiful shade 'Speedball.' I know it's just a name but to me, it's more than that..I lost one of my best friends in the world to injecting a speedball mixture and I just hate that they named a shade that, along with a bunch of other drug references 😔 sorry if this is a far out opinion guys it just truly bothers me

Caroline M. , 1st and foremost, I am sincerely happy for you in your sobriety! As someone who has been affected by addicts (my brother and a former husband who are now both sober), I completely agree with you, and thought the same thing when I saw "that name". People just don't get it. No one would name a lipstick "diabetes" or "cancer". Sending you much love and congrats, and wish you a very happy, sober life.
