why not pick up the can and not let it go downstream??? and why take the dam apart anyway?? it was not causing flooding or harm...just makes the beavers have to worry about predators and rebuild

Odd question - do you leave the sticks to the side after the damn is cleared? If so, how long does it take the beavers to rebuild the damn? I’m a city-dweller (Philadelphia suburbs for 21 years, Washington DC for 33 years, then Lucca, Italy for 3), so I’ve never even seen a beaver! 🦫🦫
