after half a million dollars in funding and this is what the game looks like. the management has fallen apart to the point where they have banned some of their most loyal player base. Do not play Day of Dragons until 10+ years into the future when they actually release content. I have wasted 3500 hours on this game and have been playing since the Kickstarter launch.

Wah wah, game took to long tp re make in new engine. Sob sob, I expected way more out of a solo dev making their very first game and when my unrealistic expectations weren't met I threw a tantrum! I dont even play, because survival sims like the isle or that Bermuda game are, well, SURVIVAL SIMS, where you're born, live(struggle, to live), maybe live long enought to reproduce, and then die, either because you were killed or made a stupid mistake. Which is also this but with flying added in. Congratulations you put 3000 hours into this but now its bad? I think you're probably bored and its not the game's fault

Despite the negativity about this game,i enjoy the deverse species that you get to play as well as the new content added with the recent update. I support the Devs seeing what they have done so far compared to what it used to be. so a huge congrats to the games progress and looking to seeing the next update soon.

@@attichen4749 No, you don't. You can play It for free if you're nested. You only pay for it if you want to be able to spawn it with spawn stats. You'd get nested anyway for better stats so no need to buy it.

Make dragonborne fixed stats on spawn and 1.5x growth to bring in more casual players that want to pvp. The game has only 2 options, play in a clan on a stats pvp server or pve. Which is why its so dead even after a major update. Maybe label that server as "Beginner Friendly" and make it a unique color in the server list or something.

Not recommended so much cinematic and stuff like that to sell you the game as a masterpiece but is terrible...the mechanics sucks and they take so long to update! Those blue small dragons from the video,you get them only from patreon (not anymore,was limited) or someone nesting you. Some dragons or golems in the video are not even available to play with and this trailer is old!....i had many hopes on this game but is just disappointing...

My guy doesn't even got the facts straight, but most of the haters don't, and at this point I don't really expect people to be truthful when they they don't like a game like 80% of the time. Because usually the reasons are lies or half truths that conveniently leave out the other surrounding facts that explain or outright make them look like a kid stomping their feet and making up lies out of jealousy. Truly, one of you sit down, design dragons that don't look like a western or eastern dragon, or a amphitheatre or a wyvern. You're not allowed to use lizards as inspiration because toothless exists and frills and webbed glider features are apparently off the table too. And then from the ground up build a survival dragon sim that somehow isn't drinking water, Eating food (which is also players in pvp), and walking around a survival environment, and have your first alpha running, and functioning correctly. You can't have any bugs because that's what you expect of solo developers like you will be. If you can make a running alpha that works first try and doesn't contain bugs or glitches from scratch with no game dev experience and 3 years to learn coding, modelling, animation, music and sound design, ect. Congratulations I'm impressed. Otherwise stop lying.

@@GlamTime2 I did, in Unreal Engine as a matter of fact. And I'm still working on it. It's been more than 8 years, started on UE4, now working on UE5, and it's not even close to being done. I'm not trying to say game dev is easy, it's hard. Very hard. But randomly slapping assets together in a high-end game engine does not automatically make your game good. This game lacks a clear vision and direction, it's a mess of poorly made assets and art styles (not to mention, the unoptimized code and godawful performance). That's why it looks terrible.

I may die to shit talkers and glitches in the game all the time, but I like the community of the clan I’m part of. I like the communities in solo servers and I surround myself with positive people in the game. The positives that I’ve discovered simply by PLAYING THE SO CALLED “SHITTY” GAME outweigh the negatives. People need to take into account that the game isn’t even as far along as games like the isle, path of titans, or beasts of Bermuda are development wise.

It’s like my hate for the hackers in the isle: yeah they make playing suck sometimes but by god is the game addicting even with hackers, there are things that will bring a game (especially a game that still has major flaws and is in development) down and effect it negatively.
