thank you, yes it was a great project but after a while i moved to Radicals. The acceptance of my SR3 & SR8 is just so much better.

What an adrenaline rush! I might have misread the gauge. It showed mph on the dash board, I assume it should be KPH.

You are right Joseph, it is showing mph but in reality it is of course kph. It was only the gps data recorded by the GoPro and i didn’t find the option to change it in post production at that time. Sorry for that!

@@halenoma I run a radical ‘similar’ tube chassis single seater with a KZ 1400cc motor. Love the revs and rolling through the sequential box. I haven’t been able to run the car for over 2 months now. I envied your ability to go out to the track. We have Been COVID locked down for 2 months now. Can’t wait to go out and drive the heck out of the car.

@@Tangster1205 i sold the car about a year ago because we ran into a lot of regulatory issues with the project. But i am running a Radical SR3 1500cc and a Radical SR8RX 2700cc, these cars are great fun and less trouble.

I learned a lot with this project Chris, for that i am grateful. But there was no way to continue with it, there was just not the right acceptance for this kind of vehicle. You know how much time and effort i put in gaining some acceptance for the class but there was no appreciation for that at all.

It is a GSXR1000 K5 engine slightly modified to around 200bhp

@@ghraydon this is the data directly from the gopro, if i remember correctly i tried to change the settings afterwards to show the figures in Kph but it was not possible afterwards anymore. But i guess it is easy to detect that a car with a 1000cc engine can’t be faster than a F1 car, isn’t it?
