280g White Rose Wheat Flour
120g Warm Milk
10g Yeast
Strawberry Jelly
800g Strawberry
400g Sugar
5 Sheet Gelatin
1/2 Squeezed Lemon
QB Cold Water
Sugar Syrup
250ML Water
125g Refined Sugar
1. Mix the ingredients in a pan and cook over medium-high heat for 3 minutes after boiling.
2. Let it cool and set aside for assembly
