except for the lack of sweat on face that really helps sell a birth scene i think (when done well not like 15 and pregnant where they cut from a shot where the girl has a "contraction" where she's bone dry and next shot she looks like someone dumped a bucket of water on her) this looked well done and actress really helped sell it with facial expressions
