Vejo que agora a situação do Hung ficou mais complicada ainda. Liebe Minh was ist wenn UYEN dich besuchen kommt und dich mit dem Mädchen Anh sieht , da ist meiner Meinung nach eine sehr grosse Enttäuschung seitens UYEN !! Den ich glaube das UYEN nichts weiss von der Tochter von HUNG !! Diese Situation ist mit Vorsicht zu betrachten !! Das Mädchen ANH ist auch ein liebesr Engel , trotzdem sollte man die Kinder vorbereiten auf diese Lage !! FOR MINH : A few things will help hung. Heres a few things he can do for himself; A. Put pillow in your knee elevate your knee when slepping. B .Apply hot water bottle or heat pad on the lower back. C .Cold pack apply on the painful area for 20 minutes twice a day ,and apply heat to the area that hurt. Stetching exersise ,sciatica usually heal on its own with rest and time, Hot and cold can be used apply . Massage stretching can help. Lie back pull your knee to the chest bothe hands until its comfortable. These are a few things that Hung can do. Hope this will help. Its usually will heal itself 4 to 6 weeks Take two pain analgesic it will help. or deep heat oinment.

Très important, il faut que le monsieur qui a accompagné Hung lui ramène à l'hôpital pour des examens médicaux, faire un scanner du bas du dos pour éviter toutes complications après. Minh met d'abord un sachet de glaçons à la partie souffrante de Hung et faîte un effort de lui amener à l'hôpital svp ! Il vaut mieux tout faire pour avoir l'esprit tranquille. Dans cet état il devrait être hospitalisé. J'ai trop pitié de Hung mais il doit avoir un grand témoignage sur ce qu'il traverse comme situation. Que Dieu l'accorde la paix ainsi qu'à Minh et Vân Anh.
